ABOUT US
Still Good Food is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO Charity Number: 1193073) working to help reduce the huge amounts of food that are thrown away every day by redistributing surplus food through our shops and rescuing food from farms that would otherwise go to waste.
We accept donations from supermarkets, local independent retailers, local producers and distributors, farmers and growers, and even from members of the public. In fact, from anyone who might otherwise be throwing away food that is still good to eat.

Still Good Food is a member of FareShare, Neighbourly and Caboodle and every week we pick up fresh produce from local supermarkets (including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Aldi, M&S and ASDA) and from a number of other local businesses, and redistribute it through our shops. We also have links with a number of local farms and orchards and our Gleaning Project is rescuing more unharvested produce every year.
We often open our shops to a queue of people passionate about reducing food waste and we have also become a life-line to many individuals and families in the area who are struggling to pay their household bills and appreciate being able to access good food at low cost.
As long as there is surplus food being wasted we aim to save it and re-direct it to feeding people.

A GREAT DAY
We had an amazing day gleaning with Still Good Food. It was such fun and also rewarding knowing this amazing food would get to the people who need it most.
